This hotel was great for the price and location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering cable TV and air conditioning. The hotel's key location was within walking distance of major shopping centers and bus stations, making getting around the city very easy. Plus, the wifi was almost free which was a nice bonus!

The only issue I had during my stay was the early morning wake-up call from the hotel staff asking if I was staying the next night. While it was nice to have the reminder, the call was quite early and a bit annoying.

There were people running up and down the hallways shouting until all hours - 2am, 4am. Sleep quality zero. No windows in the room.

Yes I like Chaipat Hotel. I think the location (not so far from both bus stations) and the price is ok, but...

... but both times when I stayed at Chaipat in the last 12 month I got a very itchy exzeme at my skin. Some sort of allergy. I never had that before or after my 2 stays at Chaipat. I only got that each time I stayed at Chapat. With some "cobesol cream" from the pharmacy (40 Bath) it was cured within 5 days. No idea what exactly caused the allergy... I would like to stay at Chaipat again because of location and price, but maybe better to stay somewhere else...

The lack of outlets throughout the room can be inconvenient for charging multiple devices simultaneously.

Great place to stay central Khon kaen close to everything. Excellent frendly staff always willing to help.

The room we stayed in was equipped with air conditioning and a fridge, which was really helpful during the hot weekend. the hotel was also located within walking distance to the mall and bus stations, which made transportation really convenient. Lastly, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which saved us a little bit of money.

The room we were given was a bit dirty. the sheets and towels had a musty smell, and there were some stains on the carpet.

To be fair to the Hotel I must say they were very helpful. Arrived at the Hotel and they had no idea about my booking, but they found me a room. It was not the room I had booked and paid for so the holiday was soured from the start. Breakfast was very ordinary and definitely not good value.

Clean room. Good shower Comfortable bed large selection of tv channels. Room service food was excellent for taste and quantity.

Reception staff could not speak English. Made communication difficult. However staff were pleasant and tried to help
